Peppers: Big red and peach mamas, Dark Red Ghost, Yellow fever, peach miasma, Ghostly Jalapeño
Flavor profile: An extremely hot mix of the first peppers sent to us from our grower for the 2024 season. Fruity and complex, this is as hot if not hotter than our Primotalii sauce. Big thank you to Michigan Hot Pepper Micro Farm for the continued support.
