Pepper: Red Savina Habanero

Flavor profile: Initial sweetness and flavor from the pineapple followed by a very upfront Red Savina flavor and heat that finishes with a hint of ginger and other spices. Not a sweet sauce by any means, just a light sweetness to complement the heat of the pepper and special spice mix.
