Pepper: Red Habanero, Thai Red Chili, Thai Green Chili
Flavor profile: Some of the sweetest blackberries we've ever had the pleasure of tasting mixed with an extra hot combination of habaneros and thai chilis. This one packs a lot of heat. We brought in a bit of fermented black soy beans and bay leaf to round out the umami flavor.
