This might be Actually Food LTD's best sauce yet. Checks all my boxes without any drawbacks. Tons of the savory flavors I love like garlic and onion. The heat level is great for an any-thing any-time sauce. Noticable heat but it doesn't stop me from eating more. The tequila-lime combo is noticeable for just a moment when it first touches your tongue, then immediately gives way to the savory and pepper flavors. There is a distinct "black pepper" flavor. I'm not sure if it's actually black pepper, or it's just how I'm perceiving the fire-roasted nature of the red jalapenos? That flavor lingers strongly in the back of the mouth. It's fantastic! It's slightly thicker than most of their sauces, and yes it is very rich. This is an excellent sauce!
