Pepper: Caribe & Red Fresno

Flavor profile: The Italian Red Hot Sauce is a bit hotter than our Italian White due to the addition of Red Fresno peppers. It's also a bit richer in flavor with roasted tomato and balsamic vinegar. If you loved our Italian White but wished for a bit more heat, you're going to love this one. We've been loving it on hoagies and grinders as well as pasta and pizza or even spice up your salad with it!
