Origin: Our first red pepper sauce, made specifically to compliment thai and chinese food, but goes great on everything.
Flavor profile: A hot red sauce made with thai red chili, spring onion whites, and shallots. This sauce brings the flavor and the heat. With an initial kick from the chili and hints of the shallot and spring onion this sauce is great on everything from white rice to Larb.
