Pepper: Fire roasted Red Jalapeños and Serranos

Flavor profile: The absolute perfect taco sauce. Medium heat, a ton of flavor, just a bit tart with a smooth herby finish. Have it on tacos, or anything else, but definitely tacos.

Ingredients: Fire roasted red jalapeño & serrano peppers, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, water, arbol peppers, garlic, shallot, salt, spices.
