Base: Lime juice, lemon juice, white vinegar, & apple cider vinegar
Pepper: Aged Red Hot Long Peppers
Flavor profile: Aged over 60 days then smoked lightly this sauce has to be tried to really understand the flavor. It opens with a nice citrus tang followed by the smokey aged peppers and garlic and only a very mild medium heat. We're loving it on sandwiches, fruit, and anything fresh that needs a little bump of flavor.
Since all peppers are different, color and heat level may vary from batch to batch.
Last night I made Chicken and duplings and this was the perfect Hot sauce for it. It add them extra leave of kick with great smoky and tangy flovor.

It's got some smoke, some heat, some tang, and a boatload of flavor. I eat this on something, then I get something more to out it on. Then I get something more to put it on. Then I make myself stop. It's that good.
