Base: Lime juice, lemon juice, white vinegar, & apple cider vinegar
Pepper: Aged Red Hot Long Peppers
Flavor profile: Aged over 60 days then smoked lightly this sauce has to be tried to really understand the flavor. It opens with a nice citrus tang followed by the smokey aged peppers and garlic and only a very mild medium heat. We're loving it on sandwiches, fruit, and anything fresh that needs a little bump of flavor.
Since all peppers are different, color and heat level may vary from batch to batch.
