The bottle of The Smoked Red Hot Taco Sauce I received has a medium-high, persistent heat. I rate it a solid 5 out of 10 heat according to my tongue. (Heat preference being subjective). This could be the hot sauce by which all other hot sauces are judged. The heat and flavor are perfectly attuned to my preferences. The flavor profile is strong smoky garlic and onion, with back of the mouth heat. Very savory and smoky. The heat is cumulative and I don't get tip of the tongue heat until a few minutes after I've started eating. I will definitely reorder when I finish this bottle.
