Very High Heat
Base: Lime juice, lemon juice, white vinegar, & maple vinegar
Pepper: Aged Naga Reaper, Chocolate Ghost, and Red Savina Habanero
Flavor profile: Aged over 60 days then smoked lightly this sauce has to be tried to really understand the flavor. It opens with a nice citrus tang and a sweetness from the maple vinegar followed by the smokey aged peppers and garlic and a very extreme heat. We're loving it on sandwiches, fruit, and anything fresh that needs a little bump of flavor.
