Pepper: Primotalii

Flavor profile: We took our Primotalii sauce and doubled the peppers but kept the liquid volume the same. This is without a doubt the hottest sauce we've ever produced. Amazing fruity and earthy flavor with a heat that you will remember. We use just vinegar and lemon juice with this pepper as it really brings out the earthy flavor.

There is an additional cost to using double the peppers, so this one is a bit pricier.

Ingredients: Chocolate Primotalii pepper, lemon juice, Vinegar, garlic, salt,  spices

Since all peppers are different, color and heat level may vary from batch to batch.
