Medium High Heat

Base: Lemon juice, lime juice & white vinegar

Peppers: Ghostly Jalapeños 

Flavor profile: A very flavorful and unique sauce with a fairly new pepper, fruity with almost an apple flavor and naturally sweet this sauce will easily become a daily driver. Heat on par with a habanero. We opted to pair up shallots and cumin to bring out the flavor of the pepper.
