Low-Medium Heat
Base: Rice wine vinegar and a mix of lime, lemon, and orange juices
Pepper: Korean Green Chili
Flavor profile: A very fruity and pleasantly flavored green sauce with with just a little burn and a lingering warmth from the ginger and gochugaru peppers.
Since all peppers are different, color and heat level may vary from batch to batch.
