This is the 3rd bottle I have opened out of 6 purchased.
Smoky is not my favorite way to season and yet here I am, enjoying this on sauteed chicken and zucchini.
The heat is def medium, and as reviewed previously, possinly lower end of medium but it has a slow build.

This one is so good. We ended up putting it on just about everything but it was superior on tacos, eggs, and steaks. Goes great with heartier fare as it's on the earthier side. The heat was medium, maybe on the lower side of medium even.

This is my new favorite hot sauce, I have forsaken all others.
