Base: Lime juice, lemon juice & vinegar

Pepper: Peach Fried Chicken

Flavor profile: Let's get the obvious out of the way, there is no fried chicken in this sauce, that's the name of the pepper. With a very fruity and citrus-forward upfront flavor followed by some honestly terrifying heat this is yet another very hot pepper sauce. The heat hits very quickly right as you taste the citrus and fruit flavors when eaten by itself. When used on food (it is in fact very good on fried chicken) you do get more of the flavor before the heat wrecks you. We opted not to do an ultra of this as the pepper is just a bit brutal with its heat. We may do one in the future but these are pretty rare and hard to get.

Ingredients: Peach Fried Chicken Pepper, vinegar, lime juice, water, garlic, salt, spices
