Pepper: Peach Miasma

Flavor profile: Fruit forward with floral notes with a surprising burn on the back end. Quite an amazing pepper flavor that would pair well with fish and other delicate flavors. Highly recommended for fish tacos.

Wonderful flavor perfect heat

I love the flavor of this sauce has a great balance of flavor. I’d say this sauce is good on hamburgers or chicken. Makes a great dipping sauce. It’s very warm but not too intense. Most chiliheads or hot hotsauce lovers can enjoy.
