Base: Lemon juice, lime juice & vinegar

Pepper: Red Carolina Reaper

Flavor profile: Well this one surprised me a bit, having made and tasted all of our Ultra sauces I was expecting hot but something about the reaper is just different. Great up-front pepper flavor from the reaper that you'd expect from our sauces but instead of the 1 second delay for the heat from the Primotalii or RB003 it hits you like a truck as soon as it touches your tongue.

We did manage to bring out the positive reaper flavors and less of the pepper spray flavors you get with a reaper so I do think those of you who like our Ultra sauces will enjoy this.

Unless you are a serious chili head or have experience with our ultra sauces please DO NOT BUY THIS SAUCE.

There is an additional cost to using double the peppers, so this one is a bit pricier.

Ingredients: Red Carolina Reaper, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Water, garlic, Salt, spices

Since all peppers are different, color and heat level may vary from batch to batch.
