Tabasco is moderately spicy, tasteless vinegar. This is garlicky, limey deliciousness with such a pleasant heat, this I’ve already gone through a bottle and a half. Fantastic on eggs, sandwiches, really damned near anything.

If you like the flavor of lime with a a bit of heat at the end, this sauce is for you. I tried this on some plain jasmine rice. I love the balance between the lime and the sweet heat finish at the end. This bottle is not going to last long around my house.
