Flavor profile: Notes of citrus and pepper the Scotch Brain pepper is one of the best tasting peppers around. With a taste similar to a Habanero but with more citrus punch and a slightly fruitier note this sauce is ready to go on anything. This Halloween 2021 special has a limited run label for 10 bottles.
