Mark Lystlund Hansen I just tested, tasted it last evening on wagyu beef jerky, originally. So scrumdillious! Took it to the Texas taste testers in Smithville Texas for confirmation. I barely made it back to Austin with it. A smooth med. Hot with a fruity bouquet, and a distinct pepper finish. 5 stars. Excellent on fruit, chips, meats, or anything you want a little zip on it. Buy it or you may miss the glory.

Marcia Grace I am a hopeless stirfry addict, and this has all but replaced Sriracha for me. It has that good, numbing tingle that I love about sichuan pepper!
