This sauce is tied for my favorite with the all the garlic! Definitely another must buy! The smokiness is absolutely delicious!! This stuff is amazing on everything! I've had it on chicken and eggs and pork ribs! I think it would go great with brisket, honestly when I took a dab of it to just taste it the first time my brain immediately thought "ooooh brisket" I bet it would be awesome mixed with your favorite BBQ sauce to heat it up!

This hot sauce is the bomb! Not only do you get that marvellous zing that Birds Eye chilli gives but the wholesome taste you get by adding smoke throws these amazing, versatile peppers to a new level of flavor town. The black garlic adds a totally unique sweetness to it too which is complemented by the shallots and the savoury taste from the mushrooms really rounds this hot sauce out. Absolutely A1 would recommend you try this flavorful beast!
