Pepper: Green Primotalii

Flavor profile: Earthy and herby up front with a good amount of citrus followed by a truck load of heat on the back end. The heat hits different than our standard primotalii. A very unique and flavorful sauce unlike anything else we have available.

Ingredients: Green Primotalii Pepper, lemon juice, Vinegar, Water, garlic, salt, spices
